We are searching for a talented graduate to join us as Well Engineer.

We optimise well performance by taking responsibility for the design, safe construction and maintenance of wells over the full life-cycle of an oil or gas field’s development. Working closely with Petroleum and Production Engineers, Geoscientists and contractors, we ensure the best technical, commercial and environmental ways are found to connect the subsurface hydrocarbons with the surface and export facilities.

You can expect to be involved in the direct management of:

  • Field development planning and well design
  • Well economics
  • Optimising well construction, maintenance and abandonment operations
  • Subsurface data gathering
  • Safety and environmental management.
